    • Sales Status: We are proud to report that Ecovillage Viciniti is 100% sold out, with all 2-bedroom apartments, 3-bedroom apartments, and terrace buildings allocated to buyers within months of launch. Priced from ₦90 million for 2-bedroom units, ₦140 million for 3-bedroom units, and ₦200 million for terrace buildings, the project offered flexible payment plans, including installments and mortgage partnerships, making luxury accessible. This rapid sell-out reflects Dakibiyu’s rising status as a prime investment hub, with property values projected to appreciate by 20–30% by 2027, driven by the area’s connectivity and serene appeal.
    • Occupancy Outlook: While occupancy is pending final completion, pre-handover preparations are in full swing, including resident orientations on smart home features, sustainability practices, and community guidelines. We anticipate full occupancy by early 2026, with residents set to enjoy the estate’s eco-luxury ambiance, vibrant community      spirit, and proximity to Abuja’s key destinations.
